A plan more than 10 years in the making

In 2003, The Olnick Organization tapped Max Bond, renowned Harlem architect, to develop a vision to build on Lenox Terrace’s legacy.

Today, a plan for the largest private affordable housing initiative in Harlem includes:

  • Upgrades to existing buildings, including pre-2000 kitchens and bathrooms
  • Six stunning acres of lavish open space
  • New building amenities open to all Lenox Terrace residents
  • Professionally attended parking below Lenox Terrace
  • 1,600 mixed-income apartments, including approximately 400 affordable
  • New neighborhood-focused retail
